Have you ever put on a pump motor and the next season when you are ready to plow, the motor won't work!
I was asked what can you do about that? If the pump leaks salt-water inside that must be fixed.
There is a problem with condensation from the hot motor and cold snow ,which produces water in the motor.
This is a problem where there isn't much you can do except clean the motor out later.
After the season is over I would recommend getting your pump serviced and dried out so it will be ready
for the next year. Don't wait until the snow is on the ground before you take the pump off and get it serviced!
